Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, Monday- Friday (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Once your order has shipped from one of our US warehouses, you should receive it in two weeks!

Please be aware with the pandemic, the new USPS shipping policies, staffing and other items beyond our control, the time may be extended by 5-7 business days (an estimate not a guarantee) due to the carrier (USPS) new extended shipping policies/times. Once a package leaves warehouse, we can only help track the package.

* We will not refund nor re-ship another item after the delivery confirmation has been received from USPS, we will help you navigate tracking the package down through the USPS system.
